Tenancy agreements, sale contracts and management agreements may contain additional privacy wording. Where they do, those documents take precedence for that relationship.

• name, email address, telephone number and message content from contact and enquiry forms
• property preferences such as location, budget, bedrooms and lifestyle filters
• account details if you register (name, email and a hashed password)
• maintenance reports, including descriptions, access notes, photos or video you choose to upload
• details needed to progress a letting, sale or management instruction, when you provide them to us

Information collected automatically

• technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse
• session information required for login, form security (CSRF protection) and remembering properties you save during a visit

Information from others

Where a tenancy, sale or management instruction proceeds, we may receive information from referencing providers, deposit schemes, contractors, landlords, or other professionals involved in the transaction, but only as needed to deliver that service.

• market, let and sell properties, and manage co-living occupancy
• administer tenancies, rent, deposits and resident communication

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use it for unrelated third-party marketing.
